I have been using One Drop for several months now. Overall I have been very pleased with this App. It is very easy to use, provides a good overview of how well you are managing your diabetes, and has a very informative blog and survey section. That is not to say there isnt any room for improvement. Some of the items I would like to see in future releases.
1. Better differentiation between "fasting" readings and "after meal" readings. I know I can use tags to somewhat take care of this. However, in the graphs and charts there are no visual identifiers to make it very easy to differentiate between the two. This might not be important for some, but my doctor takes the two types of readings seriously.
2. This goes along with the above. My doctor has set different blood sugar ranges for me, depending on if it is a fasting or after meal reading. For instance, 140 is perfectly acceptable for after a meal, but 10 points above what he considers acceptable for a fasting reading. I would like to be able to set the different ranges.
3. I would like to see an actual iPad native version of the App that works in both landscape and portrait. This needs to be able to sync with the iPhone version. In addition, it would be nice to be able to log in on the computer as well.
With those changes an already awesome app would be even more spectacular.
