Locks up after last update

App is freezing when trying to open after last update. iOS 9.3 6s+

Slow and almost unusable in this version

The latest version is extremely slow and will experience periods where you can do nothing with it. Not a full lock up but maybe thirty seconds of a blank screen Previous versions were much better and the integration with the glucose monitor data used to be current. Now its sometimes hours behind Wait till they come out with a newer version before investing the time

Waste of time

I tried this app, hoping it would add some functionality or insight - if added absolutely nothing. They seem to want to build a social network and get into the supply business - neither adds any value for me whatsoever. The Apple App does the recording - so essentially this has nothing. Ive since deleted it. Good ridence.....

Dramatically slower with Update

Worked great before update. New a quick update - soon

Diabetes

One Drop is a great app to give recipes, support and tips. I really like the medicines reminder, plus the food log is great. I can get more information to help me stay on track and in control.

Fantastic app

By far the best glucose monitoring app Ive found.

Happy user

Just a week with the app and loving it. Easy to learn and use. The food database is great. It really takes the guesswork out of counting carbs.

DankBritt

Great app. I like being able to log my data directly on my mobile device. Also, the sharing of information with others managing the same disease is encouraging and informative.

Love this App

Found One Drop on FB. It works seamlessly with Apple Health App. Tracks my Blood sugar, food tracking, and exercise. I didnt know my iPhone was also a pedometer until One Drop told me. The bar code reader is a great addition. Really helps with food journal.

One Drop

Most helpful app to keep me on track.

Best So Far

Was recently diagnosed, so wanted to keep a log. Tried all the ones connected to HealthKit and this is the best one. Had some doubts and my email was replied within minutes. Love the interface and how easy is to keep a log.

Oops

Love the app, but still having major issues on iPhone 5s even after the most recent update. App stalls instantly when it opens. Sometimes crashes sometimes starts. Also normal features are often very laggy and app sometimes feels unresponsive. Other than the performance issues, its still a great app for diabetes management. I use it every day although it can get quite frustrating.

Simply Amazing

I love this app it been very useful to me. Im so glad that Im getting back into the swing of using it.

Helped lower BG and insulin used

I have been using One Drop since March 2016. It was the only app that I found that kept track of everything that my endocrinologist wanted. Three months ago, I became a Beta Tester for One Drop Experts. During the 9 week course on Diabetes Management with a Certified Diabetes Educator, I experienced a significant drop in my BG and insulin needed. I am 55 year old T1 Diabetic who has had Diabetes for 1 year. I even lost weight during the 9 week course. I highly recommend this app to ALL diabetics. Thanks for the support from my coach, too!

Great App Need to Sugar intake

I love this app. I use it everyday. love how it tracks my Carb intake, Meds taken, work out, glucose levels,,,,etc. And if its one thing I would like to see added it would be to track you sugar intake especially when scanning from the food database. LETS DO AN APP UPDATE ASAP...LOL

Promising

Great UI to start with but the app acts screwy at times. Itll freeze upon opening and it seems to have a hard time pulling daily info off of Apple Health or will pull at random times for random meals. Ex: I can enter in myfitnesspal which pushes to Apple Health that I had 30 grams of carbs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One Drop will not pull this data from Apple Health. It may pull just lunch but at like 10pm and then no other carbs. So Im left with accurate blood glucose ratings but carb readings in the app are off. I think fixing the problem with polling the data from Apple Health will really make this a flawless app. Keep up the good work on the UI. Its truly beautiful.

Freeeeeeeze

Not even useable, It freeze my iphone 6s

Was going great!

But today froze trying to enter my pre-launch be and bolus. Needs urgent update ASAP!!! Also, should not rely on data connection to enter info.

Ease of Use

I love this app. Its so easy to use. I love the medication reminder feature, it keeps me on top of my stuff. I also just really like the way it looks. I wish other medical/health apps would be this easy to use.

Good

I currently use a different app to help manage my diabetes. One drop seems to have a better food database than the app I currently use. I would switch over and start using one drop if it showed the total calories consumed. For a lot of diabetics total calorie intake is almost as important as the total number of carbs eaten because lots of diabetics can help themselves by losing weight. Thats where the app that I currently use does a better job. Ive lost over 40 pounds in 4 months and my A1c has dropped from 14.2 to 5.9 in the same time span. One drop looks very impressive, but until it does a better job of helping me keep track of total calories consumed I will continue to use an app that doesnt look as amazing.
